Annual Mooring Service - $175
Our annual mooring service includes:

Spring:

• Cleaning and inspection of buoy, top chain and top and middle connection shackles.
• Replacement of buoy/chains/shackles if necessary (materials not included in service fee)
• Renumbering of buoy
• Notification of yearly service to the Harbormaster's Office

Summer:

• Reattachment of mooring pennants (we ask that customers notify us of their launch date in the spring so that we install pennants in time for the arrival of your boat)
• Cleaning of Pennants and Buoys if necessary
• Renumbering of buoys if necessary
• Any repositioning or relocating of the mooring if necessary

Fall:

(If you sign up for service at the end of the season when you are hauling your boat out, you will receive Fall Service at no charge)

• Cleaning and inspection of buoy, top chain and top and middle connection shackles.
• Replacement of chains or shackles if absolutely necessary
• Renumbering of buoy if necessary
• Removal, washing and soaking of mooring pennants
• Inside storage of pennants for the Winter

 Rentals:

 Seasonal Mooring Gear Rental:  Starting at $350
*You must receive a mooring permit (mooring number and location assignment) by the Harbormaster’s Office (781-631-2386) prior to renting or purchasing mooring gear.

• Rental Equipment and Service Includes:
• Annual Service
• Appropriate mooring block, chain, shackles, buoy and pennants for your boat size

Additional Services:

 Barge Rental: $150/hr (3 hr. minimum)

Possible Uses:

• Transporting equipment and materials
• Pushing (barges/floats)
• Towing
• Salvage
